PETMOS Attorneys was formed in 2019 by Peter Mwelelo, a distinguished legal practitioner with broad experience in conveyancing especially in projects and real estate, labour laws, commercial litigation and corporate and commercial laws. PETMOS has acted for various Banks, Real Estate Developers, Energy Companies among others, in undertaking due diligence, procuring the necessary consents from regulators and/or relevant authorities, drafting and registering documents as well as rendering legal opinions. The Firm is uniquely positioned as a pioneering commercial legal practice, offering its clients the benefit of over 20 years’ combined experience of its lawyers. PETMOS has developed a strong track record of litigating complex cases in courts, tribunals and in arbitrations throughout Tanzania.
